• Due to the delicate nature of hand embroidery we recommend washing in a laundry bag/pillow case to prevent the embroidery from catching on anything during the wash

To reduce waste, every garment is embroidered by hand to order, so please bare in mind that it can take 1-2 weeks before your order is sewn and sent to you, but they are often ready much sooner than this.

Made to Order
All embroidered clothing is stitched to order and usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Some ice-dyed items are ready made and sold as seen, while others are dyed to order. Look for the Dyed to Order sticker on product photos to identify items that are dyed after ordering. Please allow 2-3 weeks for these items, although orders are often ready sooner.
All other items are ready made and sold as seen, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Due to the nature of ice dyeing, every item is unique, and colours and patterns may vary from the examples shown.

Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted. Please get in touch within 14 days to start your return, you'll then have 14 days to send back the item.
Items will be refunded providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to me safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
Buyers are responsible for the postage and safe return of the item. Please send the parcel via a tracked service and keep receipt for proof of postage.
